General Policy
The Irish AutoSurf's general policy is to act as the provider of a traffic exchange system. The Irish AutoSurf reserves the right to suspend or cancel a Member's access to any or all services provided by The Irish AutoSurf if The Irish AutoSurf determines that the account has been inappropriately used.
Absolutely No Frame Breakers, Popups, Popins, PopUnders, PopOvers, ExitExchanges, Prompt Popups, Auto Downloads, Malicious Scripts, Flyin Ads, Slide-in Ads, Paid-To-Promote sites, Hop.Clickbank sites, Blogspot.com sites, Rotators, Redirections or Forwards to a different URL than submitted (includes tinyurl, linkbrander or any other url redirect/cloaking service). No Adult, Pharmacy, Warez or Illegal Content or links to them! Please DO NOT submit them, they will be deleted with all credits lost!
The Irish AutoSurf forbids anyone from using our services to display sites that may contain anything illegal.This includes pornographic, racist, abusive, or anything that may possibly offend.
FRAUD - If The Irish AutoSurf even have the slightest suspicion that you are trying to cheat yourdomain.com your account will be terminated immediately!
You are only allowed one free account. Anyone found with duplicate accounts will have all accounts deleted.
Minimum of one link in rotation
25 credits minimum must be added to your link to be approved.
Payment Policies
Member agrees to pay all charges relating to the use of Member's account(s) according to rates and prices stated on said sales order at the time of commencement. All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. yourdomain.com reserves the right to change prices at any time.
Cancellation
All fees paid in advance of cancellation will be pro-rated and the difference returned to Member unless the cancellation was caused by Members violation of The Irish AutoSurf's policies. No refunds will be issued in this case.
Lawful Purpose
Members that use our system for illegal activities will have their account(s) immediately cancelled without refund of any fees. This applies to paid and free accounts. Member hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Irish AutoSurf for any claim resulting from the use of illegal materials.
Password Protection
Member is responsible for all use of their Member account and confidentially of their password. The Irish AutoSurf will not be responsible for lost, stolen or otherwise compromised passwords.
Disclaimer
The Irish AutoSurf will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. The Irish AutoSurf cannot and does not exercise any control whatsoever over the information passing through its network or through the Internet. The Irish AutoSurf reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
Member understands that The Irish AutoSurf services may be interrupted for several reasons, including but not limited to: malfunctions, maintenance, improvement or other problems out of our control.
Member understands that it may not receive advance notification of any such interruption of service. Anytime we have a scheduled outage, Member will be notified in advance via e-mail. The Irish AutoSurf shall not be liable for any delay in or failure to perform the services caused by circumstances entirely beyond its control such as those occasioned by acts of God or other causes or which it could not have reasonably foreseen or any other cause which similarly impedes the providing of service.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties. Any changes or modifications to this contract thereto are agreed to by both parties upon renewal of services.
